Open stage BLUESJAM – From T-Bone Walker to John Mayer… Innaugurated in Dec of 1999 this is our flagship jam! Tons of fun will be had at BLUESJAM. It is an open stage format. The way it works is, the host band will start things off with a 20 minute set. During this time we will come around with the “List O’ Love.” You may sign up to play in any format you want. Ex. Sign up to sit in with the band. They can cover you on pretty much anything. The song is executed and the director will deal out the solos. Be prepared to tear it up. You may also bring your own band or group of mates to get up with you. Long live the BLUES!

The host band will warm things up with a 25 minute set. During this time we will pass around the “List O Love.” Anyone who desires can sign the list to perform. Performers can play with the host band, solo, duo, a whole band at a time, you get the idea. After the list has been fulfilled, the host band will play another set.
There are players and listeners alike. You don’t have to play to enjoy!
